Yellow Easter cocktails with Bols Advocaat

Bols Advocaat, the smooth, rich and creamy egg liqueur is a natural ingredient in classic cocktails that fit the Easter.
Bols Advocaat has been named after the avocado formerly called advocate pear. It was founded after a Dutch traveling salesman had been offered a creamy avocado drink during his trips to Indonesia in the 1600s. Back home he replaced the avocado with egg since the fruit was not available in Holland. Although the liqueur still includes eggs the old name remains.
Why not serve your dinner guests an Easter Bunny or a classic Snowball before Easter dinner? Or a Dutch style eggnog served with ice and cream on top.
3 cl Bols Advocaat
3 cl Stolichnaya vodka
Fruit soda
1 slice of lime
Fill the glass with ice. Pour Bols Advocaat and vodka in the glass. Top up with fruit soda and squeezed lime. Leave the squeezed lime slice in the glass.
Easter bunny
3 cl Bols Advocaat
1 cl Bols Banan
2 cl light rum
Shake the ingredients together with ice in a shaker and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with something festive.
